Only - floating down the stream, to and fro,

Only - under light and shade - in joy and woe

Only - wishing to touch and see again

Only - to depart yearning in tears and pain

Only - surging ahead with renewed aspiration

Leaving behind all the mistaken expectation.

A broken heart driven just by deep desire

Tiresome efforts get reduced to a mire.

Sailing off on a tattered boat,

Feeling dies miserably, lacking locution.

Hearts meet - a little acquaintance

A little is said, the rest held in abeyance.

In shame, fear and fright

With little hope only love kindles.
